Yoga is derived from Sanskrit word “YUJ”which means to integrate. It is a Hindu philosophy prevalent from thousands of years trying to unite our body, mind and soul with the spirit of Universe. Yoga fills the energy in the body and activates the person.
Yoga corresponds to self healing. It connects the three elements of human body that is body ,mind and soul . We strive for health, knowledge and inner peace. Yoga brings the harmony in us as it feeds our soul. Healthy lifestyle is the need of the hour for youngsters and to achieve this ,Yoga should be an interim part of our daily routine. Yoga is a wholistic and integral science of life and should be a part of our daily routine as it works on every part- muscle ,bones ,joints of a body.
